How to Play Snake Retro
Objective: Guide the neon snake across the 20×20 grid to eat glowing pink orbs. Each food item grows your snake by one segment and awards 10 points!
Speed Progression: As your score increases, the snake moves progressively faster. Keep your reflexes sharp!
Hazards: Do not crash into the perimeter walls or into your own tail. One collision ends the game.
Controls:
- Desktop: Use ↑ ↓ ← → or W A S D.
- Pause / Resume: Press Space or click the Pause button.
- Mobile: Swipe anywhere across the board, or tap the virtual directional buttons below.
How to Play & Pro Tips
Steer the snake across the grid to gobble glowing neon orbs. Avoid colliding with boundaries and your own body. Use open perimeter loops as your snake becomes longer to prevent boxing yourself into closed corners.
